Ok, I ALWAYS say that my brides are gorgeous, and as you can see, Patty obviously is. But what you may not know is that she is equally beautiful inside. I have had the privilege of knowing Patty for over 10 years, and she has been one of the sweetest, happiest most encouraging people I have ever met. Brett, you are a lucky man. Anyone that knows her can speak just as highly of her. I was so unbelievably excited to meet Brett. He has a heart of gold, and just the right amount of energy to keep with Patty and her super fun awesomeness! The wedding was beautiful, and taking the photos around Laguna Beach was a blast. If you're wondering about the hot sauce...You've seen where couples mix sand to symbolize inseparability, well yes, this is a 'mixing of the hot sauce ceremony.' That's how amazing these two are!

I LOVE this wedding, this couple, this family. Seriously, a FIRE ESCAPE? Yeah. I shot Julie's sisters wedding in Cabo last year. Needless to say it was equally awesome for many different reasons. Julie has really pioneered two types of shots in my photo career. A sweet engagement shoot in a laundromat, and now a bride on a fire escape. The details were exquisite, the weather was perfect, and the day was exceptionally fun. The reception was at 5a5 steak lounge in the city, and I must say this was the BEST food I have ever been served at a wedding. GO to this restaurant when you have a chance. Goulet, the pup was an amazing groomsmen. Seriously, i LOVE this wedding.

I'm an old guy from LA. I've attended more weddings that you can imagine. This wedding was a once in a lifetime happening. It actually lasted three days and included 3 dinners, 2 cocktail receptions and more photogenic people than a NY fashion show. If only everyone had this much creativity in their party planning!

Ok, this was NEAR Chicago. Actually it's is a super cool town, South Barrington. Lush. Great downtown areas. Clean. And stinkin HOT! This day was a scorcher, but man, we managed to sneak in some beautiful shots in between running inside to wipe off the sweat and get cooled down. This was, and ask anyone who went to this wedding, one of the most emotional ceremonies I have ever been to. Quite possibly some of the best vows I have ever heard. The whole church was in tears.
