Who knew the wind could be so fun!? Well, most of the time it was. I met Tara and Nick over in the Marina for a quick drink where it was a gorgeous day in San Francisco. We decided to head over to Sausalito, and Rodeo Cove near the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Needless to say but Tara's flying hair, it was a crazy windy day. We had a great time exploring the beaches, old army barracks and weapons bunkers though. The sun was shining really bright, so i tried to capture the Golden Gate as much as could, (without all the tourists in the background!) They were a really fun couple, and i had a great time shooting the eng. sesh. Can't wait for the wedding in Carmel!

So Nadalie called me to discuss the engagement pics and suggested that we do beach cruisin down around Balboa. I was more than game! I thought it was a great idea, and a great kick off to summer. We walked, and biked all around the peninsula and shot tons of great pics. They came down from the Sonoma area for the shoot. I am ecstatic for their wedding in wine country coming up soon. Nadalie's crystal blue eyes, and Corbett's mad biking skills made for an awesome day!

I love the photo manipulation that they did. The contrast and the tone are great. It’s always nice to see a happy couple enjoying each other.

This is Dave and Jen. Dave could be one of the funniest guys I've ever met. He seems like a mild mannered working guy, clean cut, pretty quiet. But then he'll randomly bust out these voices and faces. Don't get me wrong, he is very capable of dry, witting humor as well. This guy cracks me up. Jen, well, she's just beautiful and one of the sweetest girls I've ever photographed. They make, not only a gorgeous couple, but a super fun one!

How I know is Dave is pretty interesting...We have a few mutual friends, but strangely, he sold my best friend a car at Carmax a few years ago and it took all night for us to put it together.
On our shoot we met at 230 Forest Restaurant for some mojitos and then shot all around South Laguna. Jen was a real sport climbing stairs, rocks, and cliffs for some great shots. I actually shot their wedding this last weekend, and I can't wait to share those pics next!
