This circle of my friends is amazing. Not only are they fun, easy to shoot and a great to be around, but they get me places. I met Eric through Dan and Viv whose wedding I shot a few years ago. I did their engagement pics in San Francisco, and then their wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. And now, I got to shoot Eric and Becca's engagement in New York, and then their wedding in Savannah Georgia. I don't make it to the south much, but my very first wedding was actually in Atlanta back in 2002. With a wedding party of about 30 people, driving all around downtown Savannah, we had no shortage of great photos. And with a guest list of about 400 and a band that rocked the night away, we had no shortage of fun.

Mike is a great friend of mine from Cal Poly, and I had the opportunity to shoot his wedding in Texas about 4 years ago and engagement photos in Washington D.C. He married Meghan, one of the sweetest, cutest girls around, and we were all super excited for him. When he asked me to photograph their lovely baby girl Penelope, I was more than thrilled. I love being the 'Life Photographer' for couples covering everything from their engagement, to wedding (see below) and finally baby photos. Congratulations Lawsons, you are living the dream. (And Lucy, your pup is adorable as well!)

This couple brought me to two of my favorite places to shoot. San Francisco for their engagement photos, and Hawaii for their wedding. My job rocks. Kelly and Jeremy had their ceremony on the point of the Kapalua resort, which is mighty exclusive. Take a look at the second photo. How incredibly majestic is that ceremony setting?! Then their reception was at Merriman's, one of Maui's most prestigious restaurants. (If you haven't had their Mai Tai, you're missing out on life.) We did most of the photos mid day before the ceremony, but got a moment to capture a few shots on the rocks right after sunset.
